ABOUT ME
As all writers with creative monkeys on their backs, after wading through the muck of pottery, hacking away as a sculptor, sucking up paint fumes, dabbling in stunt work and marital arts, and years of hurry-up-and wait background performing... the Art of Writing is an exhilarating, no fuss-no muss medium, beyond a blood-spattered laptop and with few tools to bother with, outside of a feverish brain and a doorstop thesaurus.
My first book, SARY'S GOLD captured ScriptPimp's Grand Prize as a feature script. SARY'S GOLD is based on true events concerning a widow in a brutal Deadwood-esque outpost called Big Bear City. Two new books blazing away: A dystopian novel entitled, BEAST IN THE MOON, and a Coming Of Age Horror novel entitled THE MONSTER FACTORY. SARY'S GOLD has been snapped up by The Wild Rose Press. Thank you Wild Rose!
I work and play in Pacific Palisades, California.
Below is a list of my scripts and novels.... Enjoy!
1. Sary's Gold/Adult/Action: ScriptPimp Grand Prize, Top 10 Contest Of Contests, Top 25 Expo LA V., 20/20 Grand Prize.
Sary's Gold is also a Female Western novel
2. The German Widow/True/Horror Top 25 Writers On The Storm, Page International, Screamfest.
3. The Last Greatest Heist Of All/Ensemble/Caper, Top 25 LA EXPO V, PAGE International.
4. Queen Of Sheba Johnston/ Western/Action Top 25 Page international.
5. Frost-Bite/Thriller/Suspense
6. The Factory/Coming of Age/Creature-Feature. Script and novel.
7. Truckin' Home For Christmas AAA semi-finalist.
And at the end of day....
It is great good fun being 'in command' of your own little world, entering them each morning to 'work'... indeed - compelled, to enter them at all times. But every writer knows that.
